SWIM SQUADS: FITTER SWIMMING @ AUT MILLENNIUM
|
Squads are fully coached at AUT Millennium's 50m indoor pools.
Swimmers are required to have a basic level of proficiency in freestyle.
The sessions are designed to improve both fitness and technique and
incorporate drills along with fly, backstroke and breaststroke where
appropriate. Regular attendance is encouraged in order to build strength
and endurance.
Squad Fees: AUT Millennium
 3 swims per week - $40.00
All fees are inclusive of GST and payable in advance for a minimum of 4 weeks.
There are no extra charges for pool entry.

OPEN WATER SWIM: TAKAPUNA
SPRING/SUMMER ONLY

FREE to NETWORK members
This is an open-water ocean or lake swim group session. Swimmers will alternate between ocean (from Takapuna boat ramp) and lake (Lake Pupuke) once a week. This is an un-coached FREE session but instruction will be given in regards to the course we’ll be swimming, workout guidelines and safety. Bevan will be in the water swimming with you.

A High Intensity Workout with great energy, music and instruction so that it makes the workout achievable for all and will be a great way to start to meet more of our growing list of Club members.
